When we get our core raiding group ready, the way people get loot is like this: Example: a rogue item drops, there are 2 rogues in raid If all of them want it the item will go to the person with the least valuble item they currently have in that Item socket. If they have the same item in the socket as each other, there will be a roll. If a warlock/Mage gear drops again item goes to person with worst item in that socket.
