I have an idea. When we get our core raiding group ready, the way people get loot is like this:
Example: a rogue item drops, there are 2 rogues in raid
If all of them want it the item will go to the person with the least valuble item they currently have in that
Item socket. If they have the same item in the socket as each other, there will be a roll.
If a warlock/Mage gear drops again item goes to person with worst item in that socket.
This won't be forever but just until all the members have at least decent gear. After that we will have a roll only and person with highest roll that can use it and it's an upgrade gets, even if they have better gear than the other rollers.
Some people might think it is unfair, those people will probably be the geared ones. And while it will be a while before they get upgrades, just know that while it may give them +50 dps as an upgrade, it will give the other person +100 dps. So it increasi
Any comments or questions? I will say it once more, It won't always be like this, just until everyone has good gear.
PS I wrote this on my iPhone so it took me ages hehe.
